What is included in the first year?
The service includes the website build, hosting, website management, 10 simple updates and an annual report based on available data. You buy and register your .dk domain directly; its cost and coverage must be confirmed before agreement.
When do I pay?
After seeing and approving the finished website. We do not ask for upfront payment.
Does the domain belong to my business?
Yes. The domain belongs to your business.
How do I request an update?
Message us with what you want to change. If there is an extra cost, we always tell you in advance.
What counts as a simple update?
An ordinary change to existing content, such as opening hours, contact details, short text, photos, services, menus or price lists. One request can include several small, related changes: for example, a closure notice and an updated menu in the same message. For new pages, features or larger changes, we always agree timing and cost before starting.
What happens after I approve the website?
After verifying payment, we launch the website and continue with the management and updates included in the service.
Does the service renew automatically?
No. We contact you before expiry, and you decide whether to renew.
